Alex Hill is a science-fiction writer from the north of England.  Writing in his spare time, Alex is a father, qualified teacher, a multi-instrumental musician, and lover of nature.  His early years were filled with imagination, but science fiction reading became a huge part of his life in his early twenties, ploughing through cardboard boxes full of his father's old books.

His first published book, 'Lepers,' received positive reviews on both paid and free platforms, with some high praise for a first novel. 

With vivid description, character-driven story and tense action, 'Lepers' is an exciting read with a strong female protagonist, and is a story about betrayal, time, madness, faith and love. 

Alex Hill is currently completing his second novel, 'Heretic.'
